Our growing organisation, which has been established to meet the needs of our local community, has a team of experienced counsellors and support workers who are committed to providing a safe, friendly, non-judgemental professional service

Are you struggling with or feeling overwhelmed by issues in your life? Counselling can offer you the space and freedom to focus on your needs in a supportive environment.Working through concerns can help empower you to find more effective ways of managing. It can offer you a new clarity providing resolution or solutions to difficulties.Whilst counselling is particularly helpful in times of crisis and distress, it can also benefit those wishing to explore behaviours and emotions in order to promote their own personal growth and development

·         One to one counselling for adults and young people

·         Play therapy to help children work through emotional difficulties 

·         Couples / relationship counselling

·         Support, advice and practical help for issues relating to addiction and homelessness

·         Debt advice and information tailored to your individual needs

·         Support groups run to help people in specific issues

Free services are available. All donations are welcomed to help maintain the service. 

What is Community Support?

If you have difficulties or issues relating to addiction or homelessness, we can help provide support, advice and practical help. The staff are non-judgemental and ready to listen to your needs. At a time when you may struggle to deal with things on your own, we will offer help and empower you to have a positive future.

What is Play Therapy?

Are you concerned about a child you know? Play Therapy is intended to help children between the ages of three and fourteen to express their feelings and deal with their emotional problems, using play as the main communication tool. Therapeutic play is often used to prevent a minor problem becoming worse or as a method of detecting more serious problems  

What is Debt Advice?

If you are in financial difficulty, debt advice can provide you with free, independent, impartial and realistic information. This is a confidential service tailored to meet your needs and give peace of mind
